Fletcher Nickel Appoints V.P. Exploration, Seeks Director

Toronto, Canada – Fletcher Nickel Inc (TSX: FL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joerg M. Kleinboeck, B.Sc., P.Eng. as Vice-President of Exploration. Joerg was most recently a contract project manager with Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. and was previously a project geologist with them as well as Pacific Northwest Capital Corp. and Mustang Minerals Corp. The Company also announces that the resignation of Gregg J. Sedun, due to personal reasons, has been regretfully accepted by its Board of Directors. “Gregg was an early investor in Fletcher Nickel and a very experienced and supportive director. We are grateful for his contributions and will miss his counsel,” said Board Chairman Michael O’Leary. “The Board’s Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee are considering candidates to nominate for appointment to fill the vacancy.”
