One of the Corporation's co-founders, has been a director and officer of a number of mining and exploration companies including, KWG Resources Inc., MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., Northfield Capital Corporation, NFX Gold Inc., MacDonald Oil Exploration Ltd., Genoil Inc. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is also a director of The Phi Gamma Delta Foundation of Canada.
Thomas E. (Ted) Masters
Chief Financial Officer
Ted graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours B.A. in 1983. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1987 and is currently the managing partner of the accounting firm of Palmer Reed where he has been employed for the past 25 years. He has extensive experience with the auditing of public companies and is well versed in establishing and maintaining operational and financial policies and procedures.
Joerg M. Kleinboeck

Vice-President of Exploration
Joerg was most recently a contract project manager with Caracle Creek International Consulting Inc. and was previously a project geologist with them as well as Pacific Northwest Capital Corp. and Mustang Minerals Corp.

One of the Corporation's co-founders, is a director of KWG Resources Inc. and of Kenora Prospectors & Miners, Ltd. He was in private practice until retiring from the law in 1996; he remains a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has published two contemporary fiction novels.

Bruce Hodgman

Has over 10 years communications experience working with emerging public resource companies such as Benton Resources Corp, Osisko Exploration Ltd, Yukon Gold Corp, Frontier Development Corp, North Atlantic Resources Corp and Pele Mountain Resources Inc. Served as Vice-President, Corporate Communications for First Canadian Capital Corp. Graduated with B. Comm from Concordia University and started his career at the RBC, Private Banking. Following his tenure at RBC, he became an independent corporate consultant specializing in raising capital for public companies and implementing corporate communication programs.
Hadyn Butler

Qualified Person
Mr. Butler has over 40 years of geological experience, having graduated with a degree in geology in 1974 (Bachelor of Science, with First Class Honours and University Medal) at the University of New England, Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. He currently works as a Professional Geoscientist and a practicing member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He also serves as a director for MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company.
